I ordered a high-gloss washing machine cabinet for £117.89, the cabinet delivered was matte white costing £107.29. I contacted Merry-Bargains to complain and they offered me 'compensation' of £11 which is the difference in price between the two finishes - so a refund in fact. They say the high gloss cabinet cannot be supplied indicating to me that they never had one and simply rely on its being too inconvenient and costly to return such a bulky item. I feel this is sharp practice by M-B
