Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank holidays) on the same day and tracking information is uploaded to the order details. If you wish to cancel an order we will need to know ASAP prior to the order being dispatched.

Returns Process
We offer genuine hassle-free returns, so if you find that you’re not happy with your order or you've changed your mind, that’s fine. You can return it to us within 60 days of the order date for a refund.
Before returning your device, please ensure it is in the same condition as when it was received.
 
Warranty
What is covered?
In the unlikely event that your product becomes faulty and you have taken reasonable care of it, you’re welcome to return it to us within our 12 month warranty period for repair or replacement.
What is not covered?
This is not an insurance policy and should we deem that any fault has occurred as a result of misuse; accidental, deliberate or water damage, then the warranty will be void and we will contact you with regards to this.
We do not cover defects and/or damage resulting from:
 
Normal wear and tear of the equipment or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the equipment, including battery deterioration.
Any disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications carried out by anyone other than The Techout.
Misuse, abuse, negligence or an accident howsoever caused.
Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification of the product.
This warranty will not be available: a) if the serial number or warranty seal on the product is illegible, has been defaced or removed; or, b) without any proof of purchase.
We do not cover any phones for water damage; this includes phones which were rated as waterproof/water resistant when new. This is due to the rubber seals/waterproofing degrading over time and as a result we cannot guarantee that a second-hand phone's seal will still be intact.
 
We do not cover consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to; loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, any fees related to third party contracts, down-time and charges for time and effort.
Any third party attempt at repairing the handset will invalidate any returns period or warranty in place, which is why we strongly advise that any potential issue must be reported to us in the first instance and we will be able to advise further.
 
Incorrect addresses
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address which is entered into eBay is correct and full. We regret that we cannot change or amend the address after purchase and so please do not ask us to do so. If you contact us prior to dispatch with regards to an incorrect address then we will do our utmost to prevent the package being sent and we will offer you a full refund so you can repurchase with the correct details. However, if this is not possible then unfortunately, it would be up to you to arrange collection from the incorrect address.
 
Customs Import Duties
The buyer is responsible for any import duties or tax relating to a purchase which is made. We do not have access to the import duty rates which relate to a particular Country, nor can we amend Customs or invoice information to suit.
Customers refusing to pay the relevant import duty and denying delivery taking place will not be refunded in any instance.
 
Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of confirmed payment. Products will be sent via a tracked Royal Mail or UPS service, including international orders.
Your eBay order will be updated with the tracking information and courier once it has been dispatched.
 
In the rare event an order doesn’t arrive, then we adhere to courier’s terms and we cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date.
Any damages or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
 
Data Loss
The Techout will not under any circumstances guarantee any data such as contacts, images, apps, etc will be retained during the repair process.
 
VAT and Invoice Requests
The majority, but not all, of our handsets are sold under the Marginal VAT Scheme for Second-Hand Goods, unless otherwise stated.
These sales are subject to section 50A of the VAT Act 1994 and the VAT (Special Provisions) order 1995. A VAT Margin scheme applies, please check the listing for the applicable VAT scheme.
Invoices will show total value inclusive of marginal VAT. If you are purchasing on behalf of a VAT registered company please note there is no VAT to be reclaimed.
If you would like an invoice with our VAT information then this can be provided but please be aware the value of VAT will show as zero if the product(s) you have purchased were sold under the marginal scheme.
 
Buyer notes
Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate a buyer’s request, we are not obliged to and any request can be considered a change to the terms and conditions of the sale on the buyer’s behalf.

    Great bit of kit

    Can't go wrong really. Wouls advise Pro model these days, as the pro supports all the high res TV tech. Obvs people will say 'er... Get ps5?' but to them I say, for that money you are in decent gaming PC territory.... Which will destroy ps5 in about every way (aside the odd exclusive game licence)... But if I'm dropping 700 plus (maybe 900gbp plus with games.... I'd buy a PC. And well... Most people have. PS4 PRO is the last great console.

    It is okay

    After about a month now the controller has gone a bit funny not always connecting or if I leave it in after it's already full charge it starts disconnecting which never happened on my old PS4. Aside from that it is a good console, I have a 1080p gaming monitor and bf1 is the best looking game p it I played bf1 on both normal ps4 and then the pro it does look a decent amount better a pc price of this could not bear it and I know that as I am very found of pc gaming so it is great value for money if you can't afford a gaming pc. Not all developers care though like only new games support it I love GTA 5 but sadly no graphical difference so in that sense a waste of money but for future I hope developers support it better as many developers just include it in a patch a little bit later like the ...

    Far superior to Xbox one

    I've bought this as replacement to my Xbox One who lately was getting slower and slower. I have to say the experience as a whole is miles better. It feels like a more refined, more accomplished product, the controller is more precise and far better built quality. More so, the controller was one of the main reasons I've decided to switch to PS4 Pro. I had in total 5 or 6 xbox faulty controllers - faulty left analog stick always. The reliability just wasn't there. The DS4 is lighter, better built and feels more precise. The sound output of the console is louder, the image quality better. The main interface is more polished, the menus the settings, look and work better. For those who are looking there are more exclusive and good quality games. It just blows Xbox out of the water

    Console works fine, screwed with the controller and lack of charging cable

    In your pictures, the controller is a Sony Black PS4 Dualshock controller, instead I received a red knock-off controller with a chewed up thumbstick for good measure. It was flat on battery and there was no charging cable, despite the description stating the product "comes with power *CABLES". I've turned on the PS4 Pro and it loads up fine but I cannot even log in because the controller won't charge. Had you sent me the product as advertised I wouldn't have an issue, but you did not. 👎

    amazing got for bargain price as i had 20 punds aswell in paypal vouchers so only ended up paying 200 pounds lol

    amazing price got for an bargain!!!, if you looking to buy ps4 pro buy second hand not brand new, plus ps5 is not fully backwards compatible with ps4 games, I will still buy ps5 to only play ps5 titles and my ps4 pro to only play single player ps4 titles
