Shirt arrived dirty with strong musty odor. She claims they were washed but I’m not keeping clothes that smelled after a wash. Returned immediately. Seller charged me for return shipping even though she promised to refund. eBay stated she is responsible because she agreed but she’s choosing to ghost me and not refund. I’m out $18. Seems petty but I gave her multiple chances and solutions. A total headache.

vickie, you demanded money outside of eBay through PayPal and threatened us if we didn't pay you more money they what you paid for the items you would leave us negative reviews. eBay is well aware. Im very sorry you weren't happy with your experience. we checked these items when returned we could not find anything wrong with them. we did everything we could to make this right. I refunded you all the money for these items. I spoke to eBay as well and they agreed we did everything we could do.

Absolute lies. eBay stated you were obligated since you agreed that it was your erred on your behalf. I have messages from you stating you were going to refund as promised. I only mentioned negative feedback after you ghosted my request towards the end. You collected more money for the return shipping and of course you’re going to say your shirts were not dirty.. shocker.
