After purchasing the trainers I didn't receive anything and then days later received msg saying as they were moving they couldn't locate them. They said they would give me a refund and let me know when they locate the item and give it to me at a discounted price, I agreed to this but am still waiting for my refund. When something like this happens refunds should happen immediately. It leaves the customer without their purchase or the funds to replace item. Purchased for holiday which is passed.

Item was described as new, but was clearly worn. Although it was in generally good condition, the shoes were partially stained, marked and re-freshened. Frustrating to be sold a used/ returned item as new. Seller has not responded to any messages and is poor at communicating unfortunately. Dispatch was a little slow too, despite me offering to collect items. Poor communication, item description not accurate and slow dispatch times - can not reccomend unfortunately.
