This item was listed as “New without box” but when I received it it was clear that these shoes had been worn. I sent three messages over a series of days to the seller to try to rectify the situation, but never received a response. While the shoes are in very good USED condition that is not what I thought I was purchasing. Very disappointing that I was not able to resolve this with the seller.

these were advertised as NEW and showed a picture of insoles with original box and packaging. i received the insoles (not box or original packaging) shoved into a poly bag. the insoles had gotten bent in half. i really need the insoles so i did my best to flatten them out for use the next day. they are ok i guess, but when you advertise something as new, it better be new and what you pictured. i reached out to seller who offered a 10% refund (which i still haven't received) buy from someone else
