BUYER BEWARE!! This seller was unprofessional and misleading. Seller tried to scam me by listing photos of a “box” of cards while only selling individual “packs”. Seller refused to offer a refund or to even acknowledge the misleading post. Thankfully, eBay stepped in to save the day and I got my full refund issued. Seller needs to learn from their mistakes and ensure their listing (both photos and description) accurately match what they are actually selling. Customer service is crucial!

This sellers ad showed a photo of a 1990 series 1 wax box not wax packs. My offer was clearly for wax boxes not packs. As a seller he should messaged me back that I was bidding on the wrong product but he didn’t do that, he countered I accepted and wound up with 5 wax packs and not 5 boxes. I admit I read the ad incorrectly but a solid seller would have corrected me and then I would have not finalized the transaction. Photos must show the buyer what item is actually for sale.
