To start, as soon as I put in an offer, the seller immediately responded. I also had a question about the item in the picture versus the description and the seller provided a prompt response to my question. The item was packed nicely and immediately shipped out. The item I purchased unfortunately had a stain on it, which I am sure was just an oversight, but when I requested a refund the seller immediately refunded my order.
