A grade of D- for USPS, which had the item within 1 day of delivery and then for no particular reason sent it around to various other postal stations for a month. Only after filing an on-line missing mail report using the tracking number with USPS did this item show up after an additional week. ALWAYS have a tracking number or your item could be hopelessly lost!
