When I received the neck pillow, it came vacuum packed and appeared to be smaller than I expected and more like a child’s one. I contacted the seller and I received reassuring confirmation that once it is removed from the packaging that it should go to the size I expected!

Item as described, however delivery time was not ideal even though I asked for prompt dispatch - please. If Royal Mail had been used then it would have arrived in time for this trip - not the next trip in March! Day 1, collection booked, day 2 collected, day 3 at a hub, day 4 ? who knows! Day 5 finally arrived, 34 hours after being at hub, in Norn and was delivered later that day, after we had gone to the airport. Such a shame. USE ROYAL MAIL!!!!! Cheaper and same rates for all UK
