    HP 5 Color Print head for HP PhotoSmart 7510

    I ordered the 5 color print head for my HP 7510 which had stopped working. It displayed an invalid or damaged print head error. As soon as I popped the new one in, the error message disappeared and I began printing. Works like a charm. No issues so far.

    Printer would not recognize head

    It would not work on my printer. I did clean all contacts with alcohol, no go. Put back original head it did work but it is missing line, the reason i needed to replace head. Put head i received back in, printer still would not recognize head. head look identical, but printer did not like it. cleaned all contacts again, still no good. Vendor told me he would refund my money, still waiting, but i am sure he will refund it. He also told me to discard the head and not send it back. If he does refund my money I would buy other products him again.

    Great shipper product was wrong

    First the shipper was great, refunded my money immediately. It was product that my printer would not accept, saying it was not compatible with an HP printer. It look exactly like the one it was replacing but just would not work.

    New Printhead HP 564 Not working

    Product received in just a few days. However, the printhead was unusable for some reason as it was not detected by the printer. I had tried removing and reinstalling about a dozen times, and shutting the unit down, and it still did not work. The printer does not detect the brand new printhead. I had swapped the old one in a few times just to be sure it was not an installation issue on my end. I installed the new one correctly because the old one is detectable and still gives me the printhead failure error.

    good product

    It saved me from buying a new expensive printer. The local office deport told me that it was very expensive to repair and the easy way was to but a new one. A little on line research offered me this option and it works perfectly. Thank you.
