In my 23 years on eBay I have NEVER given negative feedback until now. The communication with this seller is horrible. The translation software they use does not translate simple English language to their understanding. I specifically ordered a certain item and they agreed to send it. When it arrived, the product WAS NOT to the specifications I requested. They REFUSED to give a full refund unless I paid a hefty shipping cost on my own. If you order from them be prepared for a nightmare.
