Surprisingly poor
Having taken on board the description of the manufacturer by Which? as "the ever reliable Panasonic stable" I had expected this recorder to perform efficiently, even though described as a "display model". But in fact, although appearing to set up without trouble however, the recorder refused to recognise any discs, personal or commercial, and would neither record nor play back. In the end it proved to be totally useless and was returned for a refund.
