When I made the purchase, I noticed after 2 days it hadn't been shipped. Because it's an international order, I became worried. I contacted the seller about my concerns and he reassured me that it would ship in the next two days. From the day he shipped until it arrived in Brooklyn took only 4 days. The item arrived on time as scheduled. However, the packaging was super poor. Knowing how the value of these items are affected by the packaging’s condition, it would have been nice to see it come in a more solid we’ll supported outer packaging instead of just some bubble wrap and a plastic bag.
The items inside do not seem to be damaged.
Overall, it’s good but it could have been better.
The communication was very good. It’s just the packaging was poor. Will I buy from them again? Yes.
