Item was not as described. Described as a fast charger mini power bank with 10000mAh. It is not a fast charger for starters, it took just over 8 hours to charge up and then died after around 2hours 30mins of use. Charged my phone from 10% to 47% in 2 hours 30 mins and then died. I’ve had a 10000mAh portable power bank before and this is definitely not 10000mAH. False advertisement and I would likey money back.

ive sold many of these even to repeat customers that keep coming back also to retail shops , these will not fully charge batteries that are in bad health ,if your battery is old and depleated you need a new battery not a powerbank, i have offered you a full refund on return of my product no problem
