I ordered four batteries, three of which were dead on arrival. I complained, and the seller offered to send three more batteries, I suggested that they should test them before dispatch, but could they be bothered? Oh no, they just sent three more, two of which were dead on arrival.
Oh and they seem very careless about how they package, ship and label lithium batteries.
You have been warned....
