    Do the job but could be cheaper

    I have to wear a CPAP mask to sleep which includes a humidifier, this makes my mouth dry up whilst I sleep but with XyliMelts they dissolve slowly & keep my mouth moist throughout the night so, instead of waking up with my tongue stuck to the side of my mouth I wake up comfortable.... PLUS, they taste nice and minty! ... The only negative I have is the price, they are not cheap when you need them every night!

    Not for me

    I have had Sjogrens for 20 years and in all that time I have tried any product that could help my dry mouth and was excited to read the review by a fellow sufferer, however, I found that even with the product correctly placed in my mouth overnight I still needed to drink water on a regular basis and this was difficult trying to drink without dislodging the tablets. I am sure there is a use for it but now for me and my problem.

    Good helpful product.

    It works okay ( sometimes after one has 'melted' I need to take another - they last a few hours); if the mouth is too dry, I take a little sip of water and then place the Xylimelt.

    Dry mouth tabs

    I just couldn’t live without these , I suffer with Sjögren’s syndrome and pop one of these tabs in my mouth at night they stick to your gum . Without these I would have to peel my tongue off the roof of my mouth in the morning !! I couldn’t cope without them they definitely are my lifesaver s
