Replies quickly but lots of issues. The amount of perfume in the bottle I received was visibly much less than what was advertised. Seller then agreed to partially refund but I didn’t receive it. After contacting eBay they said seller never released the funds from their side, and they had to step in to do it instead.

Wow, I didn't know I was given a negative comment until now. I rechecked our conversation. I apologised for the issue and offered a return, but you wanted to keep the perfume and negotiated for a partial refund, so I reduced £13 for you, and you had the item at a very very fair price; I refunded you following eBay's procedure. It took time to have the money back to your account for sure, and I apologised again at that time. I've been polite and I really don't deserve this.
