Item was exactly as described and working perfectly. A huge saving compared to the cost of a new printer. Delivery was fast and the printer was very well packaged.

Unfortunately the feel good factor didn't last. The print head failed just a couple of weeks after the 30 day warranty expired, the printer had only printed a few A0 sheets. Obviously the head had been heavily used and was on it's last legs when the seller listed the printer for sale. I contacted them asking if they were prepared to help with the cost of replacement. They hadn't even the courtesy to reply.
