What can I say, I sent, maybe 4 questions they responded promptly, I bought an "open box" phone & got, as far as I can tell, exactly what I paid for. Delivery was early, I was concerned especially about that. Tracking wasn't accurate

So the product they sent was not what they advertised. They said the phone would be a fully unlocked new open box phone and it was locked to AT and T and it had screen burns which showed it had been used. On the plus side, I did contact the seller and they did respond very quickly to my issues and tried to problem solve but their solution would have just cost me more money. So I am returning it. We shall see how quickly they will honor this request.
