Shipped fast and good packaging. However, description did not mention any missing parts. Pendulum did not work - I took to a local clock repair shop who confirmed the attachment that swings the pendulum is missing from the movement. When I reached out to the seller, was told they didn’t have it (was hoping it had accidentally been left out of box). Cost to repair was not cheap ($80). Really like the clock and don't want to return, but seller should have been up front about the issue.
