The model was in first class condition, although the outer relatively flimsy card packaging had a tear which was not shown in the photograph. It transpires that, in response to my question about this, that it occurred during the packing process (which, in my opinion, should not have happened at all). In fairness, my query was responded to within a few hours which was good. Nonetheless, it was a disappointment to me.
