Seller didn't check the contents of the supposedly new-in-box product before shipping, and failed to verify that the drive inside the box was not the one pictured on it (I got a 2002 Samsung CD-ROM drive, instead of the advertised 2004 Plextor DVD+RW drive). However when I contacted them about this, they were quickly to apologize for the mistake (claimed they didn't check the contents after getting this box on an estate sale) and paid for the return shipping. Refund was issued a few days latter.
