One of the WORST sellers I have come across ! Item was damaged in post because the seller didn’t pack it in a box, it was posted only in the retail packaging. It also DIDN’T work ! The seller then had the cheek to accuse me of tampering with the item ! I have now had to block this seller so I don’t have to receive any more of there abusive messages. Seller has been reported to eBay. WORST customer service ever ! Case opened to get a refund from eBay.

CAUGHT RED HANDED. Swapped a perfectly good light for a broken one and tried to blame the courier. Case opened with ebay, refund knocked back and case closed in my favour. Leaves false and misleading feedback in response to request for basic information. Times are hard but come on, this sort of behaviour is disgraceful. Unlikely I will be able to continue selling on eBay for much longer with the high fees and blatant attempts at what can only be considered as theft.
