    Item exactly as described. Shipping packaging wasn’t great considering the shipping cost. So it was damaged in transit. Seller then asked me to prove it was their item that I was trying to return. Ended up keeping it as it still works but very disappointed in the price I paid for shipping.

    I thought it was difficult to check whether it was a product we sent only with the picture you sent us So I just asked you to send me a picture of the product code marked on our product, and we thought it was a legitimate request We cannot accept returns and send new products without checking the product Also, if it's our product, there's no reason why the buyer can't show it
