Item is good but the customer service is poor. Item arrived damaged and I tried to resolve before starting a return. Two days past before they offered me 50% off a unusable item and it wasn't until I started a return they replied to me quicker. I asked for a returns label and they told me to discard the light after refusing 50% off. They sent a replacement that ended up at the wrong address. Order placed 23rd May and received replacement on the 4th June. Customer service is beyond terrible!
