The jacket turned out to be way better than the actual picture. It is very warm and fits very well. The shipment arrived on time despite the horrible weather. I initially got the wrong size, but I reached out to customer service and they corrected it very quickly and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend this jacket, especially during the cold seasons and the best part is, it is very stylish too.

I have to say, to date, the customer service that I got from Sogachi has been THE BEST customer service I have ever had. Not only did he answer all questions prior to my purchase but they were answered PROMPTLY.
He kept me up to date on shipping and when order was delayed, not thru any fault of his, he apologized to me and followed up IMMEDIATELY with shipper.
