This is my second T-20. After 6 years the first one quit. I visit friends and family with K cups and every once in awhile, I will get a good cup of coffee, but tassimo will make a cup of coffee quicker and the water reservoir is much easier to refill on the tassimo. T disks are not available everywhere like k cups. I buy from bed bath and beyond using 20% off coupon. However Gevalia has special offers of 20% off and free shipping and I stock up then.This is my second T-20. After 6 years the first one quit. Beautiful machine but not reliable
That's the third of this machine that I purchase and even though this is a brand new one I have been already facing issues with the efficiency that's why I bought a new one because the previous one that I had kept ruining the espresso pods they keep "opening up" during the brewing process spilling coffee all over the top and down the machine even though I always clean the machine and this new one keeps doing the same thing so I'm starting to wonder that maybe it's the pod and not the machine but I'll keep cleaning it and starting all over again for now until I find a more efficient machine. If anyone knows one coffee machine that makes espressos and cappuccinos please let me know. Thank you. Just an explanation: the machine works like 90 to 95% of the times but there's always that time ... Great machine, easy to use, virtually no clean up after use.
This is the easiest coffee machine I have ever used. Its' so simple a child could work it. Just put the T disc in, close the cover and press the button. It takes less than a minute to brew the perfect cup. Fully adjustable to your own taste. I think it is better than the Keurig only because there are a wider choice of drinks available and it can make Cappucino. Highly recommend this machine.

Best coffee/espresso maker ever.
It's impossible for me to go back to any other coffee maker. It's true that the cup is perfect every time, and is very intuitive to use. On a whim I can have a latte or espresso, or regular coffee. I only wish more coffee makers would make the t discs because that is the only place it is limited. It would be even better if the discs were recyclable.
