The seller is straightforward, honest and reliable. There was a misunderstanding at first because the delivery service they used (italy post) did not provide accessible real time tracking details making me think that the order was fictious. However, the parcel arrived in the end but was extremely late. It arrived 9 days after the scheduled delivery time/ estimate. However, this is not the seller's fault but the delivery service's fault. I hope in future they use others instead of italy post.
