Item advertised as basin taps with 1/2 inch thread what arrived was taps with 3/4 tread could not get them fitted till after return date when the plumber advised me they would not fit contacted seller but no reply ,looking at the box there is a screfix label on it these taps priced at £24.99 and still available at screwfix I paid £14.99 from seller.

The seller made this a positive experience by replacing two parts that were not working well. He immediately posted them out and the pressure washer now works perfectly with both nozzles, brush and patio cleaning heads. At first it was frustrating because what arrived was not as described but as I say the seller immediately agreed to sort it. Good price for properly functioning pressure washer. Thank you.
