The real test of service is when things go wrong. There was an error made in the address, however the seller was genuinely eager and helpful to fix any problems and make sure that I received the phone case. The delivery ended in success and the postage was very good considering it came from China to Australia. The postage actually beat other local purchases. Excellent.
