The fan motor is a bit more powerful than the one that came originally in my humidifier, so the airflow is stronger. The connector didn't plug in, so I had to de-pin the terminals and swap them over to the original connector. Not a big deal if you're handy, but it's not as plug and play as you might have wished for. All in all, I'm very happy that my perfectly good humidifier's back in action. I do want to add, the fan was shipped from China extremely well packaged and was shipped quickly!
