Not recieved item but think this was due to Royal Mail and not the seller,however keith did refund me my money so all good in that department.I've given it a neutral as item still not received but this has no reflect on the seller.

Yes, Royal Mail had lost the parcel, as it never arrived to the buyer. As it was a low value sale, it was only send 2nd class, so no tracking was available as to its whereabouts.
