Experiments acceptable and it keep youngsters focused.
We have purchased two of these publications. I have not rated it too high up the scale because at first glance it does not look appealing. There are no coloured pictures which is a shame because it lets it down somewhat. Some thought has obviously got into the experiments and I would recommend it, but only if you think the recipient can be easily distracted from alternative distractions.
