The package never arrived. Trying to communicate with the seller wasn't a pleasant experience at all. You get repetitive messages with no support and no willingness to help fix the situation.

After receiving this negative feedback, the seller proceeded to send multiple abusive and threatening messages. The following is what they literally said: "I curse your whole family for not dying well and living a slave life forever". Such horrible, scamming and disgusting sellers should not be allowed to do business on eBay and I hope eBay takes strict action against them.

The product, I have received was factory defective and didn’t turned on based on Australian consumer law if the product is defective it should be refunded with no questions asked, but here I have provided all the picture along with the video that it doesn’t turns on but the seller is asking the same question was the packaging damaged, I am repeating that no packaging wasn’t damage but the item that you sent doesn’t turns on.
