excellent service went beyond,firstly it was broken in transit but let me know and credited me with the money but said he would send me a gift as a good will gesture and they have kept me informed all the way and today i recieved a email to say it was on its way, i received it and it was the electric can opener that i had ordered as he couldn't send a replacement as they had no more in stock but they have now and have sent me one, i have never known this before to have someone do this
