Always insist on sellers using Royal Mail Tracked! Item should have been bubble wrapped inside envelope as cover is damaged on side edge. EVRi might be good for sellers as a low cost option, but not good for buyers, who are left to sort out missing parcels and spend hours trying to resole issues with Courier & eBay. Not happy with this experience!
