I don't exactly know what happened, because the seller's English is not perfect, but either the item was lost in transit or perhaps permanently misplaced by the seller. While I am disappointed that I did not receive the item, the seller willingly and promptly refunded my money when it was clear that it was not going to arrive, and he seemed entirely sincere and regretful in his communication with me, so I very much appreciate that. At the end of the day, this is an honest seller.
