To Whom it may concern, I received the mirror casing today Monday 29th April 2024. I opened the package and found that one of the bottom fixing tabs was broken off. Please find photos attached. Also the remaining tab is in the incorrect position. Photo attached of my mirror unit showing the tab holes. The product received is not fit for purpose can you please organise a refund. Contacted seller and received reply offering either replacement or refund. Have opted for refund, time will tell if it’s forthcoming.
Lesson learned- if it seems too good to be true then it probably is.
