It's like an updated version of my dear old granny’s iron. Really pleased. Well packaged. Instructions available on the Internet. Highly recommended seller.

    The iron is in good condition and works well. There was no water jug or instructions in the box, but it was described as ex-display and I've had the exact same iron before, so it's not am issue. For the price, it is great.

    It came as described - i.e. the box was damaged, and had, obviously, been opened previously. However, the iron works perfectly, which is the main thing! One minor point is that there were no operating instructions enclosed in the box, but they were easily downloaded from the internet.
