The item was damaged in transit to the point that it was unusable. I greatly appreciate the smooth communication with this seller who promptly issued a full refund and an apology about the situation even though it was certainly not their fault (other than perhaps if they had added more protective packaging. Other than that, item was as advertised, received in a timely manner, and I will likely re-order & hope for better delivery process. Many thanks!
