It's a real thick mattress (not like the ones that is in a box) really well made (good quality) when I order again. Medium to firm is more like firm to hard. The wife wished we got soft to medium now. The delivery team kept me upto date all the time. So communication was great. Bad point. Ebay set delivery. We where to get it on a sat. But the courier only deliver to scotland on a tue/wed. Not the courier's fault. Great value for money

In the end I bought the one they recommended in a euro kingsize which is larger than a UK kingsize and fits our old bedframe perfectly.
