The seller packed and dispatched the item immediately. Unfortunately he/we subsequently experienced a big delay with the courier, Evri. All in all the courier held on to the item for 9 days until they delivered it! Both of us thought it was lost in the system. Throughout the process the seller and I kept in communication with each other until the item finally arrived safely! I’d have no hesitation ordering from him again but I think we’d both be wary of using this particular courier again!!
