I purchased these for my business, so before buying I checked to see if they would provide a tax invoice. They said that they would, so I purchased. After a number of attempts to get an invoice sent I received a packing slip that says clearly "This is not an invoice". The last message I had was that they can't provide any more than that "sorry our invoice have this only". Very disappointed as now I can't claim this expense. Apart from that, all was good

Best thing I can say about this is it fits. Used it on the strimmer 3 times, 17, 15 minutes and just now 11 mins use! It’s supposed to be 9.9Ah, by comparison the EGO battery at 7.5Ah lasted 56 mins. Buy cheap pay twice. Save your money. Currently 2 lights on the charger instead of the normal 4 to enable it to charge. Useless.
