Item was described by seller as "open box". That means new but the box was opened. Upon receipt it was clear the saw blades had been used and even had some type of composite material on the blade teeth and clear arbor rub marks from use. Seller stated the pictures I took matched those in his listing which showed the item should have been listed as USED. Seller misclassified the saw blades condition. Seller did propose a partial refund which I accepted. Luckily the blades were in a plastic case.
