The cushion, in the plain cheap box was too small, bracelet was underneath the tissue paper, on first glance it was there. I asked about this, they said its due to me not asking for gift wrapping. They sent me 2 boxes for a goodwill gesture. 1 didn't have enough ribbon, was too short to tied. Both where for necklaces and wouldn't close with bracelet. Disappointing.
