very helpful and positive exchange,head unit works excellently on mark 4 Jetta 2002 would recommenitd it, the sound is excellent. Well packaged with lots of foam supporting it. all parts are included for installation. I was able to change language to english on screen. easy to set up blue tooth and works with steering wheel controls as well as reciving cell calls cleary heard from caller no issues for hearing volume on both sides caller and reciver work well.
The device does not work and is not described as new. Once it was exposed to brake fluid, the paint peeled off of it, and this indicates that it was remanufactured. The seller does not respond to the return request
