There was no instruction manuals with the PC or with the graphics card box but when I ran into issues and had questions the seller responded quickly with satisfactory answers. It was easy to set up and use, using the windows automated setup system. The only issue I have with it is that it did not come with a Disc Drive for DVD/BR or hardcopy PC games but that's nothing an external Hard drive can't sort out for a few extra bucks which at this PC's price is nothing.
