      it depends on your pet.

      my cat hates having her fur combed, regardless of the comb. in fact this comb made her even more fearful than the old one that i had. it was as if i took a vacuum cleaner and pointed it at her. the fear of it was real. when i did get a chance to use it, it was good enough to scrape enough dead underlying hair off that hopefully, she wont have hairballs from. the easiest part of it would be to click the button and remove the hair by wiping it off with your hand. the only reason why i wouldnt say it's a good value is the price. i got it used, so it helped plenty. but if it was new and for your pet to fear it more than the older, plainer model, especially at it's original price, i'll pass.

      Easy to clean

      The best feature is how easy it is to clean hair from the brush. Just click the button and the bristles retract, leaving all of the hair in your hand for disposal. No more need to manually remove the hair from the bristles. This is a real time-saver.

      My cat likes it!

      My rescue cat doesn’t like being brushed a lot but he has this undercoat that gets annoying and dandruffed. I tried brushing for a few minutes and he was rubbing the brush like he was happy. It’s gentle and eases the undercoat loose, and is a cinch to clean! The only problem is he’s not too keen on the button clicking when cleaning as it’s a little loud.

      Great brush for my cat

      This is the best brush for my cat Joe. There are no rubber tips on the bristles so you may have to adjust the amount of pressure you apply. The brush locks in place so you can brush and when you are finished with a push of a button your fur to dispose is cleaned and ready to toss.
