The seller explained one of the boxes was damaged but that she would include an extra set to make up for it. The seller included an adorable "happy birthday" clown. The damage to the box was minimal. The items were packed wonderfully. All the Lego houses were wrapped individually in bubble wrap and shipped in a box, not a bag. I am very impressed with the customer service and courteous communication. I haven't built the houses yet, but will post pics when I do. I recommend this seller.
