Item was received, but was not the right size. I chastised the seller for not disclosing the actual rim diameter in the description, but it absolutely did not fit, so I returned it. Seller tried to offer several rebates and keep the item, but I could see no way I could use it. Eventually I got my packing slip, and returned it. My money has been totally refunded.
